How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for the Standard plan, you get a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. Your selected plan begins billing after the trial period ends.
What happens after the trial ends?
After your trial ends, your selected plan begins billing. We'll remind you before your trial expires so you have plenty of time to decide.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through Stripe. For annual plans, we can also accept bank transfers.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront for a discounted rate (pay for 10 months, get 12).
Do you offer discounts for charities or non-profits?
Yes! We offer a 25% discount for registered charities and non-profit organizations. Contact our sales team to apply.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at 20% will be added at checkout. If you have a VAT number, you can enter it during checkout for your records.
