- Basic Plan - £15.00/month: 3 sites, 100 checkpoints, 3 staff logins. For small teams and single sites. Starts with a free 30-day trial.
- Standard Plan - £45.00/month: 10 sites, 500 checkpoints, 10 staff logins. For growing teams across several sites. Starts with a free 30-day trial. Most popular choice.
- Premium Plan - £75.00/month: Unlimited sites, 1000 checkpoints, 20 staff logins. For larger multi-site operations. Starts with a free 30-day trial.
- Enterprise Plan - Contact Us: Unlimited sites, Unlimited checkpoints, Unlimited staff logins. For large groups with custom needs.
All prices exclude VAT. Annual billing available with approximately 17% discount (pay for 10 months, get 12). Every self-serve signup starts with a free 30-day trial with no credit card; nothing is charged automatically when it ends. All plans include QR & NFC checkpoint scanning, Smart Forms with 2,000+ templates, scheduling and missed-patrol alerts, incident reporting, reports, appliance checks (switched on on request), lone worker SOS and the Android app.

How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with 30 days of full access on the Standard plan — no credit card needed. Choose the plan that fits from your dashboard at any point during the trial; you only pay once you choose.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically, because we never take a card for the trial. We email you 7, 3 and 1 days before it ends. If you haven’t chosen a plan by then, the account is suspended and, after a further 7 days, permanently deleted — so pick a plan (or talk to us) before day 30 if you want to keep your data.
Are any features limited to higher plans?
No. Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by the number of sites, checkpoints and staff logins they include.
Do you charge per user?
There is no per-user price. Each plan includes a set number of staff logins for the people who do the checks (3, 10 or 20). If you need more, move up a plan or talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from your dashboard at any time. To move to a smaller plan, just contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans are billed month to month and you can cancel any time. Annual plans are paid up front at a discount — pay for 10 months, get 12.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout at the UK rate of 20%.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. QR codes are printed free from the dashboard; NFC tags are optional and inexpensive. Your team uses Android phones, and managers use the web dashboard on any device.
