Our Story
CheckTasks was born in security: companies were still managing guard patrols on paper and clipboards, with no reliable way to prove a guard was where they should be.
We built software powerful enough for enterprise security operations, yet simple enough for any guard to use — tamper-evident checkpoint scanning, live monitoring, and the compliance reports clients ask for.
As customers asked for more, we added Smart Forms — digital inspections and checklists — so the same platform now serves not just security teams but hotels, facilities, care providers and other frontline operations. We're proud to support the people who keep sites safe, clean and compliant.
