By accessing or using CheckTasks services provided by Cloudserve Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CheckTasks is a cloud-based patrol management platform that allows security companies to manage, track, and verify security guard patrols using QR codes, NFC tags, and mobile applications. Our services include web-based management tools, mobile applications, reporting features, and related support.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Register for an account with accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the authority to bind your organization to these terms
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. No credit card is required to start.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect current billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful content

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CheckTasks, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CheckTasks. You grant us a license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Intellectual Property

CheckTasks, including its software, logos, and content, is owned by Cloudserve Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudserve Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CheckTasks. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloudserve Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be discontinued
• You will have 30 days to export your data
• We may delete your data after the 30-day period
• Outstanding fees remain payable

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of CheckTasks after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
