How pricing works

TrackTik doesn’t publish prices: Trackforce’s pricing page builds a quote around your number of sites and the modules you run, followed by a walkthrough with a specialist.

CheckTasks prices are published: Basic £15/month (3 sites, 100 checkpoints, 3 staff logins), Standard £45/month (10 sites, 500 checkpoints, 10 staff logins) and Premium £75/month (unlimited sites, 1,000 checkpoints, 20 staff logins), all + VAT. Larger operations can ask us about Enterprise.

We can’t show a like-for-like price because TrackTik’s pricing is quote-based. CheckTasks prices exclude VAT.

Where TrackTik may suit you better

We’d rather you pick the right tool. TrackTik could be the better fit if:

No. CheckTasks schedules patrols and checks (once, daily, weekly or monthly, including overnight rounds), not staff shifts, and it has no payroll or invoicing. Many teams use it alongside their existing rota and payroll tools.

Does CheckTasks track guards live on a map?

No. Each checkpoint scan is time-stamped and its GPS position is checked by our server, so you have proof of where and when every scan happened, but there is no live tracking map.
